Jakub was very professional from start to finish, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. His in-depth knowledge of the market helped us find this gemin Clarendon Hills. It was our second purchase of the real estate and first rate experience with Jakub that was head over heals better then the previous agents we dealt with. If four stars across the board looks like a lot, it is. And Jakub deserves it. I'm from the Chicago area but live abroad. I first met Jakub while looking into a property about 18 months ago. I contacted him by email for more information, which he immediately provided. Ever since then Jakub would occasionally send me properties that matched my interest. Eventually I sent him out with my partner to look at couple of properties that didn't pan out. Finally about two months ago I asked for information regarding a properties in the Mount Prospect and had him set up a walk through with my staff. Once it was clear we wanted the property, I made our first phone contact, where he sat patiently and answered all my and my wife's questions. He had all the answers, offered us straight forward advice, and never put any type of pressure on us, always working with what we were looking for.

We put in a bid on the property, and Jakub handled the negotiations checking with us and the seller. Once we decided to close, he worked with our real estate lawyer through the closing process. And even when at the end it seemed that after all that work was for nothing, he didn't give up or get frustrated. He continued to show us properties when, surprisingly we ended up closing on the property we were looking at.

Understand that I've never met Jakub in person and never saw the property. I managed the entire process remotely with Jakub guiding us along the way and advising us based on his experience and skill. And in the end, we got a good property for a great price.

We couldn't have done it without him, Jakub was instrumental at every stage, a professional, straight forward and not in the least pushy. He had recommendations for other professionals including inspectors and attorney (we used the inspector but our own attorney).

I would highly recommend Jakub as an agent, for any phase of the real estate process. His quick response to all our inquiries and willingness to go the extra mile made him invaluable in this process. And you can be sure the next time around he'll be the first person we call. Whether to simply schedule a walk through, handle negotiations, or close the deal.
